Description: Fuller Smith & Turner brew beer at Chiswick and needed to provide a radial distribution facility to cover their southern England operations having acquired a number of existing pubs and restaurants in the area.
Conveniently located next to an exit of the A3M motorway the distribution centre allows for the delivery of beers, wines and spirits from the brewery and for storage before being distributed further into the local area.
The building has a portal frame structure with 8 high bay access doors, some with dock leveller facilities.
Cold storage, mezzanine storage, welfare facilities and offices all form part of the accommodation in the building. Fork lift trucks stack goods up to a height of nine metres internally and empty casks are stored in compounds in the yard.
Aluminium external cladding in the company’s corporate green colour helps to sit this large building successfully into the tree lined site. SSH carried out a full builder’s/sparkle clean to the interior and exterior of the building.
