Description: Scheme comprised of construction and refurbishment to hospital including H & V: air conditioning / Envelope: Windows: PVCu; Glazing: double glazed; Wall Cladding: facing brickwork; External Doors: aluminium; Wall Features: canopies and all internal works. An SSH  team of between 10 and 15 CSCS carded cleaning operatives attended site 7 days per week to support the ongoing and staged builders cleaning. Within the cleaning teams, supervisors qualified to SMSTS standard were present along with our IPAF qualified personnel to operate high lift equipment. A final clinical clean was carried out by specialist trained operatives.
